PECTAA Invites Sealed Proposals from Banks for Investment of Rs.770 Million in TDRs (Lahore)

Punjab Education Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) invites sealed, stamped proposals from eligible banks for obtaining mark-up rates on reinvestment of Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs) totaling Rs. 770 million. Funds are currently placed in Bank of Punjab, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore, and will be reinvested as per the schedule below.

Eligibility: All Public/Private and Islamic Banks (including Specialized Banks, Development Finance Institutions, Microfinance Banks, and Foreign Banks operating in Pakistan) with a minimum long-term rating of at least "AA" as evaluated by JCR-VIS or PACRA and published by the State Bank of Pakistan. Rating validity must be at least up to 2026-08-05.

Submission Instructions: Signed, stamped and sealed mark-up proposals must reach the office of the Director (Finance), Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), adjacent to Pilot Higher Secondary School Wahdat Road, Lahore, no later than 03:00 PM on 2026-07-13. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of the Finance Committee of PECTAA and branch managers or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the last date for submission.
