IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for Nawaz Sharif Medical District & Children Hospital, Lahore (General Contractor)

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Reference: Pre-Qualification (PQ) Notice of General Contractor 2026/PQ/43.

Purpose: IDAP invites pre-qualification proposals from eligible general contractors for external works for the Establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore — Children Hospital-II & Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases. The scope includes development of internal and external road infrastructure, emergency circulation roads, pedestrian walkways, landscape areas, utility infrastructure and public amenities required for the operational functionality of the healthcare campus.

How to apply: All interested applicants must register on the EPADS (eProcurement) System to be eligible for participation. The PQ document / PQ Notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered applicants on EPADS at eproc.punjab.gov.pk and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

Submission & Opening: PQ proposals prepared following the instructions in the Pre-Qualification document must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2024-07-16, no later than 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 03:30 PM. Proposals received through any mode other than EPADS will not be considered. If the last date for submission is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
