Paid Internship — District & Sessions Courts Abbottabad (Judicial Records Digitization) 2026

District & Sessions Courts, Abbottabad invite applications for a paid internship programme (2026) for digitization of judicial records. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for temporary, task-specific positions focused on scanning, indexing and digital archiving of case files.

Scope of work: Scanning of case files, registers and documents; indexing (case numbers, party names and categories); data entry, metadata upload and digital cataloguing; digital archiving following standard file-naming protocols.

Selection process & conditions: Vacancies filled on open merit. Applications will be screened and shortlisted on merit, followed by interviews by a committee of the District & Sessions Judge. Confidentiality agreement mandatory upon selection. A surety bond of Rs. 300,000 is required on joining.

Security & conduct rules: Personal mobiles, USB devices and cameras are strictly prohibited. All work must be performed on official court systems. Daily work logs will be maintained and outputs verified by a supervisor. Breach of confidentiality will be treated as serious misconduct.

Nature of internship & penalties: Temporary, task-specific digitization work. This is non-employment; no regular service rights accrue. Completion certificate awarded based on verified performance. Violations can result in immediate termination, forfeiture of the surety bond, financial recovery and possible criminal proceedings.

How to apply: Submit application with academic certificates, CNIC copy and experience certificate (if any) to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Abbottabad within 15 days of publication date.
