Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court with a valid practicing licence; preference given to Advocates with at least five years of practice at High Court level.
- Practicing experience in CNS Act 1997, Drug/Criminal/Assets cases, PSA 1977 and AMLA/asset matters is required.
- Special preference for candidates who have previously served as Special Prosecutor, Law Officer or with law enforcement agencies and who have experience of contesting departmental/organizational matters and appellate work.
