An emerging public sector institution of higher education operating independently under a Trust invites applications for senior leadership and analyst roles. 1	Executive Director (ED)	1	40	Master's degree or higher from a recognized university (or equivalent professional distinction). At least 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive position (e.g., Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean, Director, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director) or equivalent leadership role within higher education, public administration, policy institutions, international development organizations, or corporate sector. Proven record in strategic leadership, institution building, organizational transformation, governance, academic and administrative management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, talent development and operational excellence.
2	Project Director (PD)	1	40	Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline. A Master’s in Engineering Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred. Registration with relevant professional body (PEC or equivalent) where applicable is desirable. Minimum 20+ years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, energy, public-sector or institutional development, EPC or turnkey projects. Proven track record in project planning, execution, procurement, contract administration, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, risk management and delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects.
3	Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)	1	35	Master's degree or higher (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration or related discipline). At least 15 years of progressive professional experience including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role within large and complex organizations in public, private, multinational, development or higher education sectors. Strong record in people strategy, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, change management, HR governance, succession planning and HR technology.
4	Analyst	6	24	Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Social Sciences or related discipline. A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships, research assignments, consulting projects, academic projects or analytical roles in public, private, development or academic sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in research, data collection, report writing, policy analysis, process coordination and preparation of presentations and management reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization or statistical tools is an advantage.
