Tender Notice: Hiring of Transportation Services for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Kasur

Issuer: Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Basti Barat Shah, Kasur under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) / Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Hiring of transport (pick-and-drop) services to provide student transportation for a period of two years (as stated in the tender documents).

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Bid submission is through EPADS / E-Pak acquisition platform. Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions are available on the e-procurement site: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (and PPRA website).
• Procurement will be carried out through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Manual bids shall not be accepted.
• Vehicles must be model 2015 or later (documentary evidence required).
• One student per seat ratio must be observed.
• Earnest money (call deposit receipt/CDR) equal to 2% of the total estimated contract cost must be submitted in favour of Principal, Workers Welfare Higher School (Boys), Kasur. Original physical CDR must be submitted at the school before the closing time; failure to submit it will lead to rejection of the technical bid.
• Successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @ 5% of the contract amount before or at the time of signing the contract.
• Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed: technical and financial bids to be prepared separately and uploaded on EPADS.
• Bids incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or submitted by methods other than EPADS will not be considered.

Important dates and schedule:

• Last date for submission of bids (on website): 2026-07-11 (till 11:00 AM).
• Opening of Technical bids: 2026-07-11 at 11:30 AM.
• Opening of Financial bids: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM.
• Technical & Financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 11-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM; technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Scope / routes: The tender covers transport services for 19 routes serving students of Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Kasur.
