A reputed private limited company (the "Company") invites interested parties to submit Letters of Intent for purchase of the Company’s scrap items. Submit a Letter of Intent in a sealed envelope clearly bearing reference number V26/ROC/PDS/04. Do not submit prices at this stage.

Submission & Important Dates
- Submit Letter of Intent along with company profile, financial status, nature of business, NTN, and client list in a sealed envelope.
- Reference number to be shown on envelope: V26/ROC/PDS/04.
- Last date and time to submit the Letter of Intent: 2026-07-13 at 17:00 hours. Letters received after 17:00 hours on 2026-07-13 will not be considered.
Eligibility & Conditions for Consideration
- Only parties with relevant experience and demonstrable track record will be considered.
- Preference for firms/companies experienced in fast-moving consumer goods sector and having reliable transportation/pickup arrangements.
- All drivers and staff must have no criminal record and meet safety and reliability standards.
- Bidders must comply with applicable labour laws of Pakistan and other applicable laws.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Letter of Intent without assigning any reason.
- At this stage only Letters of Intent along with company profiles are required; do not submit any rates.
