PKLI Rawalpindi Invitation to Bid – Procurement of Medical Equipment (Tender PRO/126/2025)

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI & RC), Rawalpindi invites online bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) for procurement of medical equipment as per PPRA rules.

Key instructions: Bidding documents are available on the PPRA and e-procurement portals. E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS); hard copies of e-bids are not required. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount in favour of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center Rawalpindi (in the prescribed forms). Bids will be evaluated under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid validity: 180 days from bid submission date.
