REDAMCO Invitation: Sealed Bids for Constructed Shops at Peshawar (PPP Lease)

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-Owned Enterprise).

Purpose: Invitation of sealed bids under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure for leasing constructed shops at Kharkhano Market, Peshawar on One-Time Premium (non-refundable) plus Advance Annual Rent basis for a lease period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual rent escalation: 8% compound.

Location: Shops adjacent to Kharkhano Market / Havabzada area, Peshawar. Bids to be submitted and opened at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station (submission time 03:00 PM; opening 03:30 PM at the Cantt Station).

How to apply / key instructions:

• Bid documents and terms & conditions are available during working hours from REDAMCO Estate Office and OS Office Peshawar Cantt.
• Bid document fee: PKR 1,000 per shop (to be deposited as CDR/PO) in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
• Bid security must be submitted in the shape of CDR/PO as specified in the bid documents.
• Successful bidder (lessee/tenant) must deposit 100% of the offered one-time premium plus the first year’s advance annual rent within fifteen (15) working days of issuance of acceptance letter, otherwise the bid security shall stand forfeited.
• REDAMCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
