- Bids to be submitted online through the EPADS e-bidding portal. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 hrs on 2026-06-29; bids will be opened at 10:30 hrs on the same day.

- Eligible bidders: Firms registered with Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for work with HPS Rasul.

- Bid security (original) in the form of CDR to be submitted in favor of the Resident Engineer, Hydel Power Station Rasul (Mandi Bahauddin) by the time of bid closing as specified; scanned CDR should be uploaded with the electronic bid as required.
