MCI Islamabad EOI: Digital LED Branding on 10 Pedestrian Bridges (3-Year MoU)

Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (Directorate of Municipal Administration) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable national and multinational companies for the installation, operation and maintenance of Digital LED branding screens on 10 pedestrian bridges along Islamabad Expressway and Srinagar Highway under a three (03) year Memorandum of Understanding. Each selected company may be allocated up to three screens; selected firms will bear all installation, operation and maintenance costs. Display time will be partly reserved for government use and no third-party sublicensing or sale of advertising time is permitted.

Eligible firms with valid registration and demonstrated financial and technical capacity must submit hard-copy EOIs by 2026-07-16. Shortlisted companies will give a technical presentation to the Evaluation Committee on 2026-07-17 at 2:00 PM.
