District & Sessions Judge, Jhang invites e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council for supply and installation (solarization) of off-grid hybrid solar systems at courts and sub-divisions in the district.
Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit proposals online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) before the closing date. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and the Court’s E-PADS portal.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) system before the closing time.
- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated amount is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order drawn in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, Jhang.
- The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee (as per tender terms) equivalent to the specified percentage of contract value.
- Rates should be inclusive of all taxes and levies.
- Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure will be used.
Submission & opening:
- Last date & time for submission: 2026-07-09 at 12:30 PM.
- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-09 at 01:00 PM (same day). If the date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
