Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure (PPRA Rule 36(a)) from reputable firms registered in the relevant PEC category (Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10) for multiple road rehabilitation and improvement works in Islamabad. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidding documents, eligibility criteria and terms are available in the bidding documents and on CDA's e-procurement portal. Original documents as required must be delivered to the office of Director (PC&A-I) within the time specified in the bidding documents.
