PAA Invitation to Bid — Construction of Boundary Wall, Hyderabad Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed/electronic bids for construction of a boundary wall along the perimeter of Hyderabad Airport.

Eligibility & submission instructions

Registered contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above and having a valid/active NTN are eligible to participate. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available for download (refer to PAA / e-PADS links). Bids must be submitted electronically via PAA's e-PADS v2.0 portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk (follow the electronic bidding procedures).

Original instruments (Bid Security / Pay Order / Bank Draft) must be submitted in original at the time and date of bid opening. A scanned copy of the bid security must be attached with the electronic submission on e-PADS v2.0. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and PAA procurement regulations. Failure to provide required original documents or proper bid security will result in disqualification.

Follow single-stage, one-envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules. Successful bidder will be required to submit performance guarantee as per rules.
