Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan invites E-PADS (e-Procurement) bids for framework/local purchases for the financial year 2026-27, including medicines (local purchase 15% and Sehat Sahulat programme), emergency local medicines (10%), biomedical gases, lab kits & disposables, lab reagents on RR basis, radiology items, dental items, general store items, stationery, printing and linen items.

How to submit: Submit E-bids online via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Use single-stage two-envelope procedure; upload PDF method. Original Bid Security instrument (CDR) must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan before the e-bid submission deadline.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each tender (in favour of Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan) in the form of CDR. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Submitting any fake information/documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
