PCBDDA Tender: Construction of Recharge Wells, Desilting ADA Nallah & Sewerage Connection Works (Qainchi) – Bid by 2026-07-14

Issuer: Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Government of the Punjab.

Eligibility: Experienced, reputable contracting firms registered with PEC under category C-5 and above with specialized codes CE-09, CE-10. Firms barred/blacklisted by any government/semi-government/public department or international body are ineligible.

Procurement Method: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024.

How to obtain tender documents: Complete Tender Documents with specifications, criteria, terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PCBDDA website: www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk. After publication, tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee.

Submission requirements: Sealed bids must be submitted with required documents clearly marked with the project name and "NAME OF WORK" and addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before the stated deadline.

Bid security & payment: No bid will be entertained without original Bid Security in the form of an Original Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft / CDR issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority". Pay Order / CDR / Demand Draft is acceptable as per instructions in the tender documents.

Other conditions: Bids submitted after the closing date/time will be rejected and returned unopened. Written queries relating to bidding documents received up to 03 days before the closing date will be responded to. PCBDDA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids at any time prior to acceptance.
