Tender — Annual Model Pharmacy Local Purchase (Medicines & Disposables) | Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore (2026-27)

Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC), Lahore invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms for Local Purchase (LP) of medicines and disposables for the Annual Tender Model Pharmacy for the year 2026–2027. Tender documents can be obtained from the Purchase Section, PIC Model Pharmacy during working hours on written request against non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000.

Important submission & eligibility notes:

- Tenders must reach the office by 10:00 AM on the above closing date; bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of participants.

- Procuring agency may accept or reject any or all bids as per rules and is not required to justify rejection.

- Minimum discount benchmark: 10% for national firms, 6% for multinational firms, and 15% for disposables.

- Firms must submit separate financial bids item-wise in separate envelopes; failure to do so will result in rejection.

- Photocopy of CDRs (with amount hidden) may be attached with technical bids; originals should be included with financial bids.
