E-Tender: Hiring Transport Services for Students — Workers Welfare H/S School Girls, Jauharabad (Punjab)

Issuer: Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School for Girls, Jauharabad (operating under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resource Department).

Purpose: E-tenders are invited from Income Tax–registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare schools for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).

How to apply: Bids must be submitted online only through the Punjab E-Procurement & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Tender documents and school-wise vehicle requirements are available free on EPADS and on PPRA Punjab website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Manual or physical bids will not be accepted.

Eligibility & key conditions:

• Applicants must be Income Tax–registered firms/companies and register on E-PADS to participate.
• Vehicles offered must be model 2015 or later (documentary proof required).
• “Single Stage Two Envelopes” bidding procedure will be followed; technical and financial bids must be submitted separately online.
• Participating firms must obtain at least 70% marks on technical evaluation criteria.
• All rates must include applicable government taxes.
• The procuring agency/Transport Hiring Committee may reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.

Payment/security instructions: Earnest money (2% CDR) must be submitted before e-bid closing time. Successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee (5% CDR) prior to signing the contract.
