Press Information Department (Ministry of Information & Broadcasting), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad invites authorized, experienced and well-established service providers for pre-qualification to provide event management services for the period 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30 (Financial Year 2026-27).

| Mini Event Management Services | Small- to medium-scale meetings, seminars, media briefings, departmental events, workshops and ceremonies, including boarding & lodging, travel & transportation and related services. |
Eligibility Requirements
- Operational offices in all major cities including Islamabad.
- Registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax.
- Registered with AGPR with an active vendor number and IBAN (and other related details).
- Registered on PPRA's e-PADS 2.0 portal.

Other Terms
- Blacklisted firms/bidders are not eligible.
- Incomplete, partial or conditional applications will not be entertained.
- Late bids will not be considered.
- Payments will be made after verification through AGPR (pre-audit / online payment via IBAN). Applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
- Press Information Department reserves the right to accept, reject or annul the pre-qualification process in accordance with PPRA rules without assigning any reason.
