Punjab Food Authority e-Bid Tender for Cellular & Internet Services (Lot-wise Rate Basis)

Punjab Food Authority invites e-Bids (technical proposals and financial proposals on a “lot-wise rate” basis) from prospective eligible bidders for provision of cellular and internet services. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement portals and bids must be submitted online through the Punjab eProcure (EPADs) system.

• Bid security: 2% of the quoted/estimated cost in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director General, Punjab Food Authority, Lahore.
• Technical proposals/bids must be prepared per bidding documents. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date; financial proposals will be opened as per applicable rules and after evaluation of technical bids.
• Bid validity: quoted in the document; successful bidder(s) may be required to provide performance security and will be bound by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
• Bidding documents and updates: Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://punjabprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal (EPADs).
• The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
