FESCO Tender: 400 kVA & 630 kVA Distribution Transformers — Bids Due 2026-07-02

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure for supply of distribution transformers. Eligible bidders: WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers, duly pre-qualified/registered in Category M-1 and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms & conditions and other information are available on the electronic procurement portal (EPADS) and FESCO website. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; otherwise the respective bid shall not be considered.

Submission deadline: electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-07-02 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of the Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad. Procurement and bid processing will follow applicable PPRA rules.
