Issuer: National Skills University Islamabad (Principal Investigator: Prof. Dr. Saud Altaf). Hiring project personnel for the HEC-approved NRPU project (Project No.: 165444-43) entitled "Bridging TVET to IT Employment: An ANN Guided Skills Mapping, Shortage Forecasting, and Placement Pilot for Pakistan".
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for project-based positions. Submit an updated CV, a copy of CNIC, educational documents and relevant experience certificates (if any). Please mention the position title and project number in the email subject or application (for example: "Application for Research Assistant, NRPU Project No: 165444-43"). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA. The university reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the hiring process without assigning any reason.

Experience in TVET, skills mapping, employability or placement-related projects will be an advantage. | 01 | Rs. 80,000 to 100,000 per month (lump-sum). Maximum 18 months. |
| 02 | Undergraduate Student | Currently enrolled undergraduate students at National Skills University Islamabad in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with good academic standing. Skills in MS Excel, Google Forms, data collection, MS Word, report writing, exposure to data collection, knowledge of ANN models and their practical implementation preferred. | 02 | Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month (lump-sum). Maximum 18 months. |
| 03 | Short Term Project Personnel | Minimum 12 years of education. Required support areas include field coordination, data collection, data entry, dashboard or portal support, documentation, and technical reporting. Candidates with practical exposure to IT will be preferred. | 01 | Rs. 20,000 per month (lump-sum). Maximum 10 months. |
