The Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Finance Department (Additional Secretary Finance - Banks) invites applications from suitable candidates for appointment as President / CEO of the Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K). The post will be based at the Bank's Head Office in Muzaffarabad on a contractual basis.

| Eligibility & Qualifications | Minimum graduation or equivalent in banking, finance, economics, business administration or related fields. |
| Experience & Competencies | Must be a career banker with at least five years' experience at a senior level (Executive Vice President or above) or equivalent. Candidate should have adequate knowledge, experience and skill-mix related to the bank's business model, overall size, complexity and risk profile. |
| Age | Between 40 and 65 years |
| Term & Remuneration | Initial contract for three (3) years, extendable by mutual consent. Appointment on market-based competitive salary and other emoluments. |
| Regulatory Requirement | Selected candidate must meet the "Fit and Proper Test" criteria prescribed by the State Bank of Pakistan. |
| Application Requirements | Submit a detailed CV, copy of CNIC, and three recent passport-size photographs. |
