Tender: Rental Installation & Operation of Walk-through Gates and CCTV Cameras — Deputy Commissioner Chakwal (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chakwal. Procuring services on rental basis for installation, operation and maintenance of surveillance equipment and related control-room facilities for the Financial Year 2026-27.

Scope: Provision, installation and operation of IP CCTV cameras with accessories for surveillance, IP PTZ cameras, walk-through gates, razor wire, LEDs and establishment/operation of control rooms for Muharram/Safar & Rabi-ul-Awwal events and other emergent events in District Chakwal.

Eligibility & Registration: E-bids are invited from contractors/authorized dealers/firms registered for e-Procurement (e-PADS) and registered with FBR & PRA (NTN & PTR). All e-bids must be submitted through the e-PADS platform.

Bid Security & Document Requirements: Original bid security (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Bidding Documents Number and Title to the Deputy Commissioner office, District Complex, Chakwal before the e-bid submission deadline. Acceptable forms of bid security include CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.

Procedure & Notes: Single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. The complete e-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS portal. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Ule-35).
