Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Oxygen Plant, Pest Control, Internet Hosting, Medical Gases)

Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, invites sealed bids for multiple supply and service packages for FY 2026-27. Bids will be processed under PPRA rules and must be submitted electronically via the Punjab eProcure (ePAD/E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments.

Submission details & requirements: A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically on ePAD. Each bidder must submit a fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated bid price as bid security (refundable) in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. The original bid security must be delivered to the address mentioned by RIC before the closing time and date. RIC will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in bid preparation, delivery, or electronic submission. If the opening date falls on a government-declared holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be the last date for submission and opening; time and venue remain the same.

Important: Bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) at 2% of estimated price is mandatory and must be in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Electronic submission via ePAD is required.
