Urban Area Development Authority (UADA), D.I. Khan invites sealed bids through the e-PADS electronic procurement system from eligible bidders under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) rules for ADP-funded uplift/beautification and street construction works.

Important instructions:

- Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must be registered and eligible under KP-PPRA/KP rules and meet PEC registration requirements.

- Bidding documents are available via the e-PADS system; the non-refundable document fee is Rs. 5,000 per package.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required as specified in the bidding documents. Original bid security must be submitted in accordance with the notice prior to opening.

- Bidders should carefully review the Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) and other conditions posted with the e-PADS tender; clarifications, corrigenda and instructions (if any) will be issued through the same platform.

- The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable rules.
