Tender Notice No. 11/2026 — Procurement of IT, Electrical, Civil & Miscellaneous Supplies for Pak Secretariat, Islamabad

Pak Secretariat (Head – Procurement), H-Block near K-Block, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having telephone/fax numbers for procurement of various items and services. Tender documents are available on working days (Mon–Fri) 09:00–13:00 upon written request and payment of the non-refundable tender fee shown against each item (Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to Sr. Accounts Officer). Bids are to be submitted at the same office and will be opened on the dates shown below in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

Important submission details: Tender documents can be obtained from the procurement office on working days (Mon–Fri) 09:00–13:00. Tender fee must be submitted by Bank Draft / Pay Order (call deposit not accepted) payable to Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Tenders must be received at the procurement office and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders.
