Issuer: Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of locally registered Electric Vehicle (EV) 3-Wheeler Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Assemblers for Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Phase-II and subsequent phases.

Scope / Target Distribution of electric 3-wheelers across Pakistan including AJK and GB under the PAVE subsidy program during Phase-II and subsequent phases. Target to achieve 30% EV penetration by 2030.
Eligibility / Pre-qualification
  • Locally registered EV 3-Wheeler OEMs / Assemblers.
  • Valid EDB Manufacturing Certificate and PSQCA license.
  • Compliance with EDB pre-qualification criteria.
Submission Details
  • Submission deadline: 2026-06-08 at 02:00 PM (bids will be opened same day at 02:30 PM in presence of bidders).
  • Submission method: Electronic submission via PPRA e-portal (as specified by EDB).
  • Submission fee: PKR 5,000 (non-refundable), payable by Pay Order / Bank Draft / Demand Draft in favor of Drawing & Disbursement Officer (DDO), EDB.
