Tender Notice — Establishment of 250-Bedded Afghan Refugees Hospital Chaman (Bids due 2026-07-13)

Executive Engineer, Afghan Refugees Hospital Chaman, CW, PPH & Refugees Department, Quetta invites sealed/electronic bids for construction works for the Establishment of a 250-Bedded Hospital at Chaman. Tenders are invited under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Tender fee and bid security apply as noted below.

Key Instructions

- Tender fee: PKR 2,000 per package. Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost for each work.

- All procurements of Government of Balochistan (GOB) require registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA prior to bid submission.

- Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Eligibility: bidders must be on the Active Tax Payers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.

- Bidding documents and further details are available on the BPPRA e-procurement portal (www.bppra.gop.pk) and from the office address below. Bids must be submitted electronically on the e-procurement system by the stated closing time.
