Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Narowal invites e-tenders from firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement (E-PAD) portal for works during Financial Year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted through the E-PAD system. Earnest money (CDR) at 5% of the estimated cost in favour of the Managing Director, WASA Narowal is mandatory; the original CDR must be delivered to the Managing Director’s office on the opening day half an hour before bid opening.
