Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply & Commissioning of Flood Lights at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms registered with PEC in relevant codes for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of flood lights and poles at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, PSC, Islamabad.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding documents must be downloaded and uploaded via the e-procurement portal: http://eprocurement.gov.pk. Tender notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website.

- Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Applications should be submitted through EPADS with complete information.

- Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category (C-5 or above). Provide name, address, telephone/fax, email, branch offices (if any), National Tax Number, proof of firm on ATL, and registration/enlistment documents with professional bodies (PEC) and copies of enlistment with private, semi-government and government organizations.

- Submit an affidavit stating the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation with any government/autonomous agency.

- If a bid is quoted more than 10% below the engineer estimate, additional bid security will be sought from the successful bidder up to the extent of the bid below 10% in the form of CDR/Pay Order. The successful bidder must produce the additional bid security within seven (07) days of issuance of the letter of acceptance, failing which the client/procuring agency may forfeit the bid security and take legal action.

- The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any stage, subject to relevant provisions as per PPRA Rules 33.
