Cantt Board Peshawar — Hiring of Consultant / Architect Services (e-PAQS) — Proposals due 2026-06-29

Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Peshawar invites sealed technical and financial proposals from qualified and reputed consultant / architect firms for appointment on a consultancy basis for the financial years 2025-26 & 2026-27 within Peshawar Cantt.

Eligibility & required documents: Firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on active taxpayers list of FBR, and be registered with relevant professional authorities (PCATP / PEC where applicable). Applications must include company profile, registrations, list of relevant completed works (last 5 years), list of equipment/tools, proof of financial soundness, and other supporting documents as specified in the proposal documents.

How to obtain documents & fee: Job description and Financial Proposal Forms are obtainable from the Office of Cantonment Board Peshawar (Capt. Abdul Jalil Shahzad Road, Peshawar Cantonment) on payment of Rs. 5,000 as per Rule 21(5) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Forms may also be downloaded free of cost from the Cantonment Board Peshawar website.

Submission & opening: Proposals must reach the undersigned by 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM. Technical profiles and financial proposals will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM in the presence of consultants or their authorized representatives.

Additional notes: The Cantonment Board Executive Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with PPRA rules. The notice is also available on the PPRA website.
