Paraplegic Centre Peshawar Tender Notice — Supplies, Maintenance & Assistive Devices (EPADS)

Paraplegic Centre, Hayatabad Peshawar invites bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered on EPADS. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS on or before the dates and times given below (no later than 11:30 AM). Bid security (CDR) in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, Paraplegic Centre, is required for each category and must be submitted to the centre's Procurement Office prior to the tender opening. Electronic bids and tender documents are available/downloadable from the official EPADS portal (e.g. eprocure.gov.pk).

Important submission & eligibility notes:

- Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and with KP-PRA where applicable.
- Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted prior to tender opening; bids without required CDR will be rejected.
- No Pay Order or Cheque will be accepted as bid security.
- Uploaded EPADS bids must contain updated information according to mandatory EPADS requirements.
