Tender: Security Services (30 Personnel) — FATA University, Kohat — Bid Deadline 2026-07-06

FATA University, Darra Adam Khel (Kohat) invites bids for provision of licensed security services under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 via the KP eProcure (EPADS) single-stage, one-envelope procedure.

Eligibility and requirements: firms must be registered with tax authorities (FBR/KPRA) and appear on the active taxpayer list; hold a valid Ministry of Interior / KP Government security firm license; licensed security firms should have at least 10 years' relevant experience. Bidding documents and RFP are available for download at www.fu.edu.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk.

Fees and securities: tender processing fee Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) payable to "VC FATA University" as CDR/Bank Draft. Original bid security of 2% of the annual estimated cost in the name of "VC FATA University" must be placed with bid documents. All taxes will be deducted as per government rules.

Notes: bids must be submitted electronically via the KP eProcure portal; bids submitted outside EPADS will not be entertained. Incomplete, conditional, late or overwritten bids will be considered non-responsive. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per KPPRA rules. Scope of services may increase or decrease.
