E-Tender: Supply & Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — TMA Upper Orakzai

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO), TMA Upper Orakzai. Purpose: Purchase and fabrication of solid waste machinery funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Chassis for the works will be supplied by TMA.

Eligibility: Reputed manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms having NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and service/sale & spare-parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to Apply: Interested bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal and submit/upload e-bids through EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Submission deadline: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded on or before 2026-07-22 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later; date/time/venue will be communicated by email after technical evaluation.

Bid Security: ORIGINAL two percent (2%) bid security of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Upper Orakzai" shall be sealed in an envelope marked as such and shall reach TMA Upper Orakzai before the closing date and time.

Other conditions: All applicable taxes (sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply as per government rules. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late-submitted or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase order issuance is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders per KPPRA rules.
