IESCO Tender for Supply of ACSR Rabbit & AAC Conductors – Bid Closing 2026-06-22

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from pre-qualified firms/manufacturers registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / Standard & Specification, NTDC Lahore or with WAPDA/PPMC (DISCOS) and FBR for the year 2025-26 and having valid prototype approval (if applicable) for supply of the following conductors on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores (Rawalpindi/Islamabad).

Key Dates & Submission: E-bids will be received up to 10:30 AM on 2026-06-22 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS (e-Procurement / Disposal System) Portal (E-PADS Version 2.0). The bidder must also submit the original sealed bid security/guarantee in the form of a Bank Guarantee / CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO, Islamabad before the bid closing time.

Eligibility & Conditions: Only E-bids from registered/qualified firms or manufacturers meeting the stated pre-qualification criteria will be accepted. Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage One Envelope basis." Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Prices shall be firm and final on FCS basis without foreign exchange variation. Applicable taxes and duties will be dealt with as per law. IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
