IESCO Tender Notice — Supply of ACSR Rabbit & AAC Conductors (Rate Contract 2025-26)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e-bids from registered manufacturers and/or qualified suppliers for supply of conductors on a rate-contract basis for the year 2025-26. Bidding is on a single-stage, single-envelope basis via the E-PADS online portal. Prototype approval (where applicable) and valid registrations with relevant authorities are required.

Key dates and submission:

- Last date/time for e-bid submission: 2026-06-22 up to 10:30 AM (local time).
- Bid opening: 2026-06-22 at 11:30 AM (local time).

How to apply and bid documents:

- Submit e-bids through the E-PADS portal (www.epads.gov.pk). Hard/physical originals of bid security (bank guarantee/CDR) must be submitted in original as required by the tender documents.
- Tender documents and additional information are available on IESCO website (www.iesco.com.pk) and the E-PADS portal.

Eligibility and key tender conditions:

- Only e-bids are acceptable. Bidders must be registered/qualified manufacturers or suppliers with relevant authorities and hold prototype approval where applicable for 2025-26.
- Bids shall be in Pakistani Rupees and on a single-stage single-envelope basis.
- Bid security must be submitted in original (Bank Guarantee/CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of IESCO before bid closing time; otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.
- Bids shall remain valid for the period specified in the bidding documents (the notice states 60 days from opening).
- IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
