IESCO Tender Notice for Supply of Conductors (ACSR Rabbit & AAC Ant) – Closing 2026-06-22

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from pre-qualified / registered firms or manufacturers (registered with Chief Engineer Purchase & Disposal / NTDCL Lahore or WAPDA/PPMC (DISCOS) and FBR for the year 2025-26) having valid prototype approval (if applicable) for supply of conductors on free-delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad.

Submission & Opening: E-bids will be received until 10:30 AM on 2026-06-22 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. Bidders or their authorized representatives (carrying authority letters) may attend the opening. Use the E-PADS (e-Disposal) portal to submit bids.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Bidders must be registered/qualified as specified and comply with material/technical specifications and WAPDA/PPMC/NTDCL prototype approvals where applicable.
- Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope basis.
- Bids must be submitted via the E-PADS (E-Disposal System) portal. Visit the portal for registration and upload: https://e-pads.gov.pk (portal link as given by IESCO).
- Bids must include original stamped Bid Security/Guarantee valid for 90 days in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad (to be submitted before bid closing time failing which bid(s) will be considered non-responsive).
- Bids will remain valid for 60 days from the opening date.
- Prices should be firm and final on F.O.R basis and without involving any foreign exchange.
- IESCO reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals as per rules.
