E-Bids Invited for Framework Contracts for Laboratory Kits & Chemicals and Reagent-Rental — The Children’s Hospital, Lahore (2026-27)

The Children’s Hospital invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with the relevant registration authorities for the fiscal year 2026–2027. Bids will be received under the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with applicable PPRA rules. • Registration: Bidders must be registered on e-PADS and with relevant authorities as specified in the bidding documents.
• Bid Security: A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required. Acceptable forms include Bank Draft, Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft; original security must be submitted as required in the bidding documents.
• Bid Validity: 120 days from the date of bid opening.
• Submission & Documents: Download tender documents and submit bids via the Punjab e-procurement portal / e-PADS. Follow instructions in the published bidding documents for submission of technical and financial envelopes.
• Rules: Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations where applicable.
