Tender: Supply of Meals / Uncooked Food for 1,130 Boarding Students — Sheikhupura (Nangal Sahdan)

Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority (DEA) Sheikhupura invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal from Income Tax / Sales Tax registered firms, general order suppliers or manufacturers for supply of uncooked quality food items/meals (rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, etc.) as per menu for three meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the 2026–2027 financial year for government madaris and schools at Nangal Sahdan, Muridke.

Key actions and requirements:

- Submission method: Complete bids (technical and financial) must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal. Bids submitted otherwise will not be accepted.

- Deadline: Bids must be submitted by 2026-07-31 up to 12:00 noon; technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

- Bid security: 3% of the estimated amount must be submitted as CDR in favour of Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sheikhupura. Original bid security and affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted must be deposited in the office of the District Education Authority, Sheikhupura prior to bid opening. Bids without original security/affidavit will not be processed.

- Procurement rules: Procedure will be adopted under PPRA Rules (38(2)(a)). If opening date is a holiday or postponed for unavoidable reasons, the next official working day will be treated as the opening date.

- Other terms: The DEA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or to reject the whole tender at any time before acceptance. Incomplete bids, bids with unsigned pages, or missing affidavits will be rejected. Financial proposals of technically unqualified bidders will not be opened.
