Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for multiple civil/electrical construction packages for construction of 4x4 duct lines with manholes, transformer plinths, HT/LT path crossings and laying of HT/LT cables at various locations under the jurisdiction of IESCO Construction Division, Islamabad. Tendering is through the IESCO e-bidding system; bidders must follow instructions, provide required bid security and deposits, and meet eligibility/qualification criteria listed below.

Key eligibility & submission requirements

• Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and meet category requirements applicable to civil/electrical works.
• Firms must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and GST registration where applicable.
• Relevant past experience and financial capacity (turnover/net worth and cash flow) as specified in the tender documents are required.
• Bid securities and part-II deposits (as specified per package) must be submitted as instructed in the tender documents.
• Joint ventures allowed subject to conditions; partner qualifications and documents must be provided.
• All bids must be submitted electronically through the IESCO e-bidding/EPAPS system; physical submission rules and timelines as per tender documents.
