IESCO Invitation for Bids – Execution of Smaller Special Repair Works in IESCO Region

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites electronic bids for the execution of smaller special repair works in the IESCO region. Bidders must submit proposals through IESCO’s e-procurement system in accordance with the tender documents.

Bid submission & opening: Submission Deadline: 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM. Bid Opening: 2026-06-22 at 11:30 AM.

Packages: The tender contains multiple packages (T. No. 225 to 228). Each package has a completion period of 60 days. Full scope descriptions and estimated costs are provided in the tender documents available on the e-procurement portal.

Eligibility & conditions (key points):

• Electronic bidding is open to all bidders meeting the requirements of the tender document.
• Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for 2025-26 with at least Category C-6 and specialization code CE-10.
• Earnest money / bid security: Deposit/Earnest Money @ 4% of the estimated cost (as specified in the tender) in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO. (See tender document for acceptable forms and submission instructions.)
• Bid documents, detailed scope, terms & conditions, and e-bidding instructions are available on the IESCO e-procurement portal; bidders should follow the portal rules and PPRA regulations.
• Presentation of false or forged documents will result in disqualification and forfeiture of bid security.
