DHQ Hospital Muzaffargarh invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System - EPADS) from registered suppliers/manufacturers/firms for multiple framework contracts for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and hold a valid professional tax certificate. All bids are to be submitted online at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
Key submission requirements: a scanned Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the lot(s) must accompany each electronic bid. Originals of CDR/Pay Order etc. must be submitted prior to closing of office timings on 19 June, 2026 in the Office of Medical Superintendent. Late bids will be rejected.
