Eligibility: Firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (valid NTN and STRN), registered vendors on the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) / Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal, and possessing proven experience in mechanized tree transplantation and horticultural works.
Submission & Procedure: Bidding documents/tender forms are available only on the PPRA / E-PADS portal. No hard copy will be issued and manual submissions are not allowed. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must upload complete bids on the E-PADS portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx or www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk).
Bid Security: Bidders shall submit 5% earnest money of the estimated cost as a CDR issued by any scheduled bank in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Gujranwala.
