Tender Notice: Establishment of Public Park at KRL Road, Rawalpindi — E-Bids

The Deputy Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi invites e-bids from technically and financially sound contractors/firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement (E-PADS) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for 2025-26 for the following scheme in District Rawalpindi in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope in accordance with PPRA rules.

- Registration: Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal (E-PADS) and hold relevant PEC category/codes.

- Earnest Money (Bid Security): 2% of the bid cost to be submitted in the form of CDR in the name of Deputy Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi. Both the uploaded e-bid and the original CDR must be furnished by the bidder by the submission deadline; failure to submit original CDR before opening will lead to disqualification.

- E-Bids submission deadline: 2026-06-25 at 11:00 AM.

- E-Bids (Technical) opening: 2026-06-25 at 11:30 AM.

- Financial bid opening: As scheduled by E-PADS (for technically qualified bidders only).

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules; any false information or submission of forged documents or CDR/receipt may lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
