Tender: Construction of Street & Water Supply Line in Ch. Nazeer Block, UC Morgah — LG&CDD Rawalpindi

Local Government & CDD, Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi invites item-wise rate tenders from PEC-registered firms/contractors (relevant category) for the works listed below for the Financial Year 2025-26. Firms registered in lower PEC category must not submit bids. Bids must be submitted and uploaded through E-PAD/PPRA; manual bids are not acceptable.

Key submission and opening details: Bids must be submitted by 2026-06-17 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-17 at 12:30 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CDD Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Firms must submit the original CDR in the office of the Assistant Engineer before opening; failure to submit original CDR will lead to disqualification. Current PPRA rules will apply. No cutting/amendment in bid through any means other than the electronic system; no telephonic/conditional tenders or bids without earnest money will be entertained.

Documents and bidding: Tender documents can be obtained via E-PAD (and PPRA website). Bidders/contractors must upload bids through E-PAD. Response time on PPRA website will be calculated from the date of publication on PPRA.
