PCBDDA Pre-Qualification Notice – Independent Engineer (IE) for PPP/JV Projects

Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites bids from interested consultants for pre-qualification as an Independent Engineer (IE) for PPP / JV projects of PCBDDA. The objective is to pre-qualify suitably eligible and experienced consultants for provision of consultancy services as Independent Engineer.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Eligibility: Consulting firms with strong capability and experience in providing similar consultancy services; firms should submit sealed bids with required documents clearly marked "Pre-Qualification of Independent Engineers".
• Pre-Qualification Documents ("PQD"): Available from the Procurement Directorate, PCBDDA on payment of PKR 25,000 (non-refundable) in the form of pay order / CDR / demand draft in favor of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority". Documents can also be downloaded from PCBDDA website: www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk. Requests must clearly state "Request for Pre-Qualification Documents".
• Submission: Sealed bids addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore. Bids received after the specified closing date/time will be rejected and returned unopened.
• Queries: Written queries relating to the PQD received from interested firms up to 05 days before the closing date will be responded to by the Authority.
• The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
