TMA Lakki Marwat E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Lakki Marwat. Purpose: Procurement and fabrication of solid waste machinery (chassis to be supplied by TMA) through E-tender under KPPRA Rules 2014 (single-stage, two-envelope method).

Eligibility and required documents: Registered manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and a 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPAD/EPADS portal: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/8/supplier/registration.

Submission and opening: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 2026-06-23 by 01:30 PM. Technical bids (e-bidding) will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened publicly at a later time/date communicated to bidders via the provided email address.

Bid security: Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Lakki Marwat" must be sealed in an envelope and reach the procuring entity before the closing date/time.

Conditions: All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties etc.) as per government rules will apply. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase Order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
