Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Mardan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors through EPADS who hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for Financial Year 2025-26, active KPRA registration and NTN with FBR. Works are under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) for Mardan (ADP #251259) for 2025-26. Electronic bids must be submitted via https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk before the closing date and time.

Key submission deadlines and conditions:

• Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-24 (10:30 AM)
• Bid opening: 2026-06-24 (11:00 AM)
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-10 at 11:00 AM (office of the undersigned)
• Bid security / Earnest Money: 2% of the Estimated Cost (Call Deposit Receipt issued in favor of XEN Irrigation Mardan)
• Time for completion: As per Bid Solicitation Documents
• All mandatory PEC specialization codes must be uploaded with the bid. Bidders must upload scanned copies of all required documents in a single PDF file and also submit the original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for bid security before the closing time.

Required documents to upload on EPADS include: signed BOQ & rates, CNIC, valid PEC license with required specialization codes, valid enlistment, active KPRA registration, and active FBR status. Failure to upload complete, legible or correct documents will render the bid non-responsive.
