TMA Karak E-Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (Closing 2026-03-29)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMA) Karak. Funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. E-bids are invited under the Single Stage-Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014 for the supply/fabrication of solid waste machinery. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by TMA Karak.

Eligibility: Reputed and experienced Manufacturers / Fabricators / Suppliers / Firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration, and provision of sale, service & spare parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission method and deadline: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPADs portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) on or before 2026-03-29 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids on EPADs will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. The original bid security (2% of total bid price) in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Karak" must be sealed in an envelope and reach the specified address before the closing date and time.

Key conditions:

• All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) as per government rules will apply.
• All rates to be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office.
• Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff.
• Incomplete, conditional, late submitted or manual bids will not be accepted.
• Purchase order is subject to release of funds.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
